Wigley Overseas Ltd, which is 100% owned by Wigley Investment Holdings Ltd, has shareholding in the strategic land and real estate company, P.I. Gibralfaro.

We work very closely with our fellow shareholders and have planning permission for 90,000 sq. ft. of commercial use (industrial, office, senior living) alongside planning permission for 40 residential units in Bollullos Par Del Condado, near Seville in Andalucia.

We are also involved in the public realm project surrounding 40 acres of medical use and senior living development.
