Wigley Connect’s Communications Team seamlessly delivers bespoke communications strategies for Wigley Investment Holdings’ portfolio of companies and strategic partners. This incorporates a variety of skills and responsibilities which include social media & website management, events management, graphic design, copy writing, site marketing and public relations among other duties.
In addition to this, they support Wigley’s charitable and community efforts through the promotion of the Wigley Community Fund and Wigley Support Fund.
The team works closely with the Strategic Communications & Brand Manager to support the protection, development and marketing of businesses owned by Wigley Investment Holdings.

Alka joined Wigley Connect as the Communications Co-ordinator in June 2024. In November 2024, an opportunity for internal development resulted in Alka’s promotion to Communications Manager.
Alka’s experience in the Communications field alongside her varied employment history and transferrable knowledge and skills have led to a natural progression for her to manage the team.
The role involves the delivery of bespoke communications strategies for the Wigley Investment Holdings portfolio of companies and their strategic relationships, which includes but is not limited to, updating websites, monitoring social media channels, the delivery of a calendar of events, and creating internal communication resources, alongside managing the Communications Team.

Leila is our Communications Assistant, joining the Wigley team in June 2023. Leila has a diploma in customer service after completing an apprenticeship within a company specializing in cashless systems.
Directed by the Communications Manager, Leila is responsible for supporting the delivery of bespoke communications strategies for the Wigley Investment Holdings portfolio of companies and their strategic relationships. This includes but is not limited to updating the website, monitoring social media channels, supporting the delivery of a calendar of events, and creating internal communication resources.
