The Compliance Team provides high quality support in ensuring adherence to both industry requirements and internal company policies, procedures, and processes. Regular review, updates and audits of the company’s integrated management system are carried out to maintain the Wigley Investment Holdings’ ISO certifications: ISO 9001:2015 Quality, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental and ISO 45001:2018 Health & Safety.

Having joined Wigley Connect in June 2020, Laura is an experienced administrator who has worked across the public and private sectors. She gained her degree in Social Science from the Open University in 2003.
As the Compliance Manager, Laura is responsible for ensuring Wigley Investment Holdings’ portfolio of companies, and their strategic relationships adhere to all legal requirements as well as its own in-house policies, processes, and procedures. This encompasses health & safety, quality, and environmental management.
