Office Management
The Office Management Team within Wigley Connect delivers the operational office support to the Wigley Investment Holdings’ portfolio of companies and their strategic partners that allows them to operate without interruption.
This team takes care of all IT and telecoms infrastructure within Stockton House, ensuring all users are able to deliver their day-to-day operations quickly and effectively, utilising the latest technologies. The team is also responsible for ensuring the premises are well-kept through general housekeeping, grounds maintenance and landscaping. All meetings are handled through the Office Management Team, allowing all users to make effective use of the space available at Stockton House.
Stockton House is not only home to Wigley Investment Holdings and its portfolio of companies, but it also offers external conferencing and meeting facilities. The Office Management Team are at the heart of this, ensuring all visitors are made welcome and have everything they need to deliver their meetings.

Suzanne is our Office Manager and provides direct operational support to the Director. Part of the team since April 2022 Suzanne has experience in both the property and banking sectors. Additionally, she holds a financial advice qualification and an HND in business.
Suzanne is responsible for ensuring that the companies that use Stockton House as their HQ are given tailored operational office support. Her team also provides serviced office functionality for external companies that regularly use Stockton House for events or offsite, confidential meetings.

Emma is one of our two Office Co-ordinators, having joined Wigley Connect in February 2023. Prior to working with the team here she worked in a nursery for two and a half years where she developed an interest in administration, which led to her to us.
Emma is responsible for supporting the Office Manager in day-to-day duties, providing administrative support to our management team, and ensuring our offices are run smoothly and efficiently.

Marion is one of our two Office Co-ordinators, joining the team in June 2023 with over 20 years of administration and secretarial experience.
Marion is responsible for supporting the Office Manager in day-to-day duties, providing administrative support to our management team, and ensuring our offices are run smoothly and efficiently.

A stalwart of the company, Alan joined Wigley in 2006 before being appointed as Head Gardener in January 2021.
Using his extensive skills, experiences and an attention to detail, Alan is responsible for our Stockton House grounds, from the landscaping design to the overall maintenance of the gardens.
Alan is a keen gardener and takes pride in his work, ensuring that the grounds are always maintained to the highest possible standard.
